Leading lines

The lines along the barrier and floor lead the viewer to a vanishing point in the back of the photograph. 

Golden ratio

The spiral begins at the centre of the flower and brings the viewer's eye in the direction of the golden ratio.

Rule of thirds

The flower pot on the right and the edge of the building on the left would line up with the divisions in the rule of thirds. A horizontal line along the top of the building would also do so.

Rhythm

The repeating columns separating the windows shows rhythm within the image. The tables and chairs beside the windows also do this.
